Your clients probably don’t know what shape their roofs are in – it’s usually “out of sight, out of mind”. Hopefully everything’s fine, but since roofs rarely receive the maintenance they need, there’s a good chance that water is leaking into the building through things like loose flashings or membrane tears.
A roof inspection is your clients’ best place to start. A well-trained WTC representative will walk the roofs to verify their general condition, looking for signs of water entry and other problem areas, including potential safety hazards. If possible, we’ll make minor repairs while we’re on the roof so that small problems don’t become large ones.
We’ll provide you with a report on conditions, including photos and potential solutions, for you to send your client.
